Super Bowl Sweepstakes

Official Rules
No Purchase or Photo Submission Necessary to Enter or Win.

Eligibility: The Super Bowl Sweepstakes (hereafter, “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry, who are the owners or managers of the retail establishments and are the intended recipients of the "Best Sports Bar in America Contest" Promotion Invitations. Entrants who are not the retail licensee of the retail establishment must obtain permission to participate in this Sweepstakes from such retail licensee prior to entering. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Network (“Sponsor”), National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Ventures, L.P., Civic Entertainment Group LLC, Project Support Team, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. 

Two Ways to Enter: You may enter using one or both of the following two options. Entry Method 1) Register to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by completing the participation form (hereafter, "Form") available in the "Best Sports Bar in America Contest" Promotion Invitation and submit it for receipt by 11:59:59 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/9/09 in one of the following ways: a) By Hand: hand the completed Form to the Zoom Media Representative who delivered the Promotion Invitation; or b) By Email: 1) scan the completed Form and save it as a .pdf document or 2) provide the requested information outlined on the Form in the body of an email and send the email (containing the .pdf attachment or requested information) to: aphilie@zoommedia.com. Registration is free. 

To Receive Additional Entries: Registered entrants will automatically receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes (for a maximum of one (1) additional entry during the applicable Weekly Entry Period) each time they visit www.nfl.com/tnflogin during a Weekly Entry Period (outlined below) and follow the instructions provided to login and submit a photo(s) into the Best Sports Bar in America Contest. For Official Rules and complete details on the Best Sports Bar in America Contest visit www.nfl.com/tnflogin throughout the Weekly Entry Periods (outlined below) or send a self address stamped envelope for receipt by 12/31/09 to: Best Sports Bar in America Contest RULES, P.O. The Weekly Entry Periods for the Best Sports Bar in America Contest are as follows:

AND/OR Entry Method 2) Eligible entrants (as outlined in the eligibility section) may enter the Sweepstakes without registering or submitting photos by neatly hand-printing his/her complete name, name of retail establishment, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth and daytime telephone number (area code included) on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail entry in an envelope with proper postage affixed for receipt by 12/4/09 to: Super Bowl Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 17126, Bridgeport, CT 06673-7126. You may enter by mail as often as you like, but each entry must be mailed separately (only one (1) entry per stamped outer envelope) and must be received by 12/4/09 to be eligible. Limit one (1) Form entry per participant and per retail establishment for the duration of the Sweepstakes. In case of an excess of one (1) Form entry from any one participant/retail establishment, only the first Form entry received will be accepted. Limit one (1) additional entry per participant/retail establishment per Weekly Entry Period outlined above, for a maximum of three (3) additional entries into the Sweepstakes. In the event that more than one (1) additional entry from any one participant or retail establishment is submitted during any Weekly Entry Period, only the first additional entry received will be accepted for the Sweepstakes. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry) to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entry through such means and any entry (at Sponsor’s sole discretion and in accordance with these Official Rules) will be void. Normal time, toll, connection and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable Official Entry Form provided such individual is eligible according to these Official Rules. All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, postage due or undelivered mail, entries, mutilated photos or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the cancellation or postponement of the game, the incorrect uploading of any photos, the processing of entries, photos or mail or the announcement, delivery or use of the prize, or for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, computer, network, electronic, mechanical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any entries of entrants whom Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or is in violation of these Official Rules. 

Winner Selection: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 12/8/09 from among all the eligible entries received by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging organization. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or overnight or regular U.S. mail. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry, regardless of method, will have an equal chance of winning.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for winner and one (1) guest to South Florida to attend Super Bowl XLIV currently scheduled for 2/7/10. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S. to South Florida, one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation (one (1) room) for four (4) nights and two (2) tickets to Super Bowl XLIV. Approximate Retail Value = $5,000. Actual value may vary based upon location of winner’s residence. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken on date(s) designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply.  Winner and his/her guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. All travel arrangements must be made through travel agent of Sponsor’s selection on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. In the event the game is postponed, trip will be rescheduled. In the event the game is postponed and not rescheduled the remainder of prize package (minus tickets to the game) will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of the prize and removal from game. Released Parties reserve the right to remove or to deny attendance to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or any event. The tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. Unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent years. If unused, game tickets cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, federal, state and local taxes, food, beverages, airline luggage charges, ground transportation, souvenirs, and miscellaneous travel expenses is winner’s sole responsibility. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, as determined by Sponsor. Potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, the inability to contact potential winner within a reasonable time period or return of prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner. Grand Prize winner's guest will be required to execute a Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) unless he/she is the child or legal ward of the winner. If guest is a child or legal ward of the winner, winner must sign and return a Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release on behalf of such child or legal ward. By entering, entrants 1) agree that Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), if entrant is a winner, entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, 2) agree that the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize and any travel, travel-related activity thereto (including, but not limited to, attendance at a game) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including, but not limited to, war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select winner from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
